The Organization also seeks to introduce and promote to the building community worldwide the benefits of Energate House building standards and methodologies, the ultimate in today's energy-efficient building processes.

We thus stand well able to provide to builders and developers the most advanced building technology and design together with manufactured components that ultimately result in carbon dioxide-free structures at 95% energy efficiency.

It is the overall design of this program to manufacture and mass-produce homes that are environmentally friendly using as close to a zero energy-use as possible, producing these homes across our globe, hence placing and installing manufacturing facilities starting in 2008.

What has been identified by the Environmental Protection Agency in the U.S. and overseas as "sick building syndrome", can now be replaced in the global market to offer both the highest energy efficient buildings in the world's communities of residential and commercial purposes and the safest buildings for healthful living that can be managed. Air is purified 8 to 12 times daily reducing the predisposition to a variety of ailments and providing for the highest quality of living to any and all building structures produced to the new standards to which this program is dedicated.
