January 10, 2008
Robert Sherower Group 1912

Announcement by:  Abbott Sherower, 521 Fifth Ave, 17th Floor, NY, NY 10175

All Operating Divisions of our industrial and support-services confederation based in 71 nations are privileged to stand joined in full and equal Membership of the Celtic Trade Group Ltd. in global leadership providing energy building components services for both residential and commercial markets.

Founded by building industry veteran Brendan O'Neill, his Organization currently distributes premium energy-efficient modular homes and a variety of building components including structural wall and roofing panels, doors, windows and heat exchange systems. The Organization also seeks to introduce and promote to the building community worldwide the benefits of Energate House building standards and methodologies, the ultimate in today's energy-efficient building processes.

We thus stand well able to provide to builders and developers the most advanced building technology and design together with manufactured components that ultimately result in carbon dioxide-free structures at 95% energy efficiency.

It is the overall design of this program to manufacture and mass-produce homes that are environmentally friendly using as close to a zero energy-use as possible, producing these homes across our globe, hence placing and installing manufacturing facilities starting in 2008.

What has been identified by the Environmental Protection Agency in the U.S. and overseas as "sick building syndrome", can now be replaced in the global market to offer both the highest energy efficient buildings in the world's communities of residential and commercial purposes and the safest buildings for healthful living that can be managed. Air is purified 8 to 12 times daily reducing the predisposition to a variety of ailments and providing for the highest quality of living to any and all building structures produced to the new standards to which this program is dedicated.

It is a program that stands to join in revitalizing nationwide economies in the challenge of the growing hazards and perils of climate change noted by the preeminent scientific organisation on the environmental challenge, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change sharing the Nobel Peace Prize with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore. In the view of the Chairman of the IPCC, Dr. Rajendra Pachauri of India, emission reduction, so far from posing obstacles to the growth by a Japan advancing from use of coal and oil to natural gas over thirty years ago and by a France employing approximately eighty percent in nuclear power generation. And to the building community worldwide, the new armamentarium of environmental developments must offer corresponding new economic strengths and new creative opportunities to all areas and concerns of human activity.
